- A company that puts in part of the capital and then helps you sell.

- Contracts, insurance and admin: the cooperative takes care of them.
What you risk
- Your time.
- If the startup goes under, you owe nothing to anyone.
Whose startup it is
Yours: you are a founder and you keep ownership. The company that brings the problem and the cooperative hold a share. And if you make it, you support those who come after.
Where this comes from
- In 1156, in Genoa, a contract called a commenda was written.
- Whoever had the capital stayed ashore, whoever had the craft set sail.
- On return, the profit was shared.
- If the ship sank, the one who had sailed owed nothing to anyone.
- We do the same thing, with other means.
