It was called a commenda. It is the oldest contract of its kind whose text we still have.
The problem is still the same

The commenda solved this with one clause. Firmamento puts it back into use.

He brought the problem
At the clinic, the paperwork always fell behind: consent forms, records, photos. With Luca Di Domenico we founded Fibonacci. I bring the clinical side, and I went through all 115 consent templates, one by one. The young team at Firmamento writes the software. Today Fibonacci prepares the consent form, I check it and the patient signs it.
