Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit the website and people who write to us, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies to this website and to the websites of the fields Firmamento works in: Gradient Numerics, Ostro, Collimo, Backoffice.ai and Nodo.

Who the data controller is

What data we process

Browsing data. Like any web server, the server that hosts the website records the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the type of browser.

Data you send us. If you write to us, to apply, to bring us a problem or for any other reason, we process your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us. Please do not send us health data or other special categories of data that we do not need.

The website has no forms that store data, does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and does not load content from other websites.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

To reply to your messages and assess an application or a proposal: at your request, for pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f)).

To run the website and protect it from abuse: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

To comply with legal obligations, where they apply: Article 6(1)(c).

We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling.

How long we keep it

Browsing data: 90 days at most, unless it is needed to establish abuse.

Messages and applications: as long as needed to reply and to assess the proposal, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a relationship with the cooperative begins.

Who sees the data

The people in the cooperative who are authorised to process it.

The providers that help us run the website and email, as data processors: Hostinger, which hosts the website on a server in Frankfurt, Germany; Google, for email. Google may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell the data or pass it on to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to receive it in a readable format (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Just write to info@firmamentotechnologies.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), garanteprivacy.it.
